Employee Self Service
The On-line self service module allows employees or contractors to view / change their
time and attendance and personal
information via an Internet Browser. Company employees can securely
access this module using their own login accounts.
After a successful login, employees can:
- Clock IN or OUT for Time and Attendance purposes, book themselves ON
or OFF the fire evacuation list and book ON or OFF jobs
- Clock OUT with an associated absence code
- View their current holiday entitlement
- View their current flexitime balance
- View the status of their absence requests and clocking amendments
- View their previous clockings, add new clockings or amend existing
ones or adjust the total of worked hours
- Print a clockcard report of their own clockings for any period
- View their abscence planner for any year
- Request a period of absence
- Cancel a requested period of abscene
- Receive email notification when requests are authorise or denied
Supervisors managing employees can:
- Authorise or reject any requested periods of absence made by their
subordinates
- Authorise or reject any requested abscence cancellations
- Authorise or reject any requested clocking amendments
- Receive email notification when subordinates request periods of
absence
- Run clocking reports for their subordinates
SSM Administrators can:
- Customise the features available in the Self Service Module
- Manage the login accounts and user roles
